Excellent location. Very friendly staff, great food, excellent value

Very nice place on the beach. The Staff could not be better. Facilities seem older and I wish the shower got hotter but for the price I think it is great value. I wanted more time in Jomtien and this was a great base location. I will return.

location was great right opposite the beach, breakfast was good, and the meals had a good variety to choose from and the staff was amazing

Location is perfect in Jomtien

I had the misfortune of having the only room at the property to have no external windows. So the room was dark and dull. It had internal windows which overlooked an emergency stairwell, but the curtains had to be drawn for privacy. (208)

Building work outside the hotel

The waitresses were amazing, as were the housekeepers. Nothing was too much trouble for them, we were always greeted warmly.The extensive road works spoiled the view from our Premier Room with balcony. We thought the stairway to the accommodation was grubby and in need of refurbishment. The telephone in our room didn't work when we arrived. The Manager appeared indifferent to our request for it to be fixed. It still didn't work when we checked out, five weeks later.

Unable to get 5 minutes help to book a simple bus ticket as my cc was not accepted on the bus companies website. Last time I had no problems. Asked manager to do on her phone and I would give her the cash ...141 THB!! It would have saved me a lot of time and hassle.

Great location right at the beach of Jomtien. The hotel has a classic look that's very appealing with a theme about boats hence why they call it Jomtien Boathouse. The restaurant was very good and if you like Elvis each Saturday and Sunday there is an Elvis impersonator performing at the restaurant. Not really my thing but it also didn't bother me.

There was a strange funky smelling odor sometimes in my room. I don't know if that is an odor that's supposed to smell like you are living on a boat but I thought it didn't smell good. It wasn't always there and I thought it came through the aircon system.

The staff is very good n helpful. Clean n tidy. Right on the. Beach. Lots of entries walking distance. Night mkt just 5 min walk.

The location, the breakfast was good, albeit quite expensive. Also appreciated the 200 baht token that we were given.The resaurant was also great & the helpful staff

To have stayed in the beach facing rooms as they had the balcony

Seafront room with balcony was great. It was clean and comfortable. The value of room was very good and we would definitely stay again. Finally, all the staff were friendly and helpful, doing their best to make everything good for you during your stay.

No elevator maybe, but exercise is good.

from the time i got there to the time i checked out trying to overcharge with extras ...unrully behavior by members of the staff ..i asked on second day for a rate but easier to book on internet, the real reason why is because there was a power cut all day and they had no electric until 6 pm. .and there lights weren't on in reception if i had noticed that while eating my breakfast out front of hotel i would never have booked ..i needed aircon and internet to work ,,they failed to tell me this no electric i found out 2 minutes after i booked with you and returning to my room...i returned and asked them to cancel my room they said they couldn't ,,,i informed them i am ex owner of 4 pool villas on booking.com and it was possible. They just shouted at me...this is disgraceful and i demand a refund ...please help.

Everything was great, friendly helpful staff, good food and excellent location.

The location is hard to beat - overlooking the beach with so many restaurants, bars, services & stores nearby. Room rates are good. The room was lovely and the restaurant/bar downstairs so convenient. Loved seeing/hearing Elvis on the weekends!

Maybe the restaurant/bar pricing is a little steep, especially compared to others. No pool, but it’s right on the beach.
